Spearheading the global digital experience for the world's second largest brokerage company

To oversee the creative vision, approach and execution of the entire global digital experience and construction of their organizational digital transformation strategy. Working with my cross-functional partners at frog, act as the creative client liaison and socialize the work to the C-Level Executive group at JLL.

Design an optimized digital experience, building a foundational design library and their website to propel JLL toward a customer-centric future vision.
We mapped out two crucial tracks for Product Vision, Design Execution, Organizational Alignment, and Scaling. Collaboratively, we started with the website, as the first step in crafting a framework as a central guiding force for future ventures.
